-Maximum Occupancy: Up to 4 guests including child/infant. Extra guests will be charged ₱500 per person.
-Security Deposit: A ₱1,000 deposit is required and will be refunded within 1-2 working days, provided there are no missing or damaged items.
-Swimming Pool Fees: ₱150 per person on regular days, ₱300 per person on weekends and holidays (rates may vary depending on the season).
-Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 Noon (the next day)
-Early Check-in: ₱300 per hour (subject to approval if there is no prior guest).
-Check-out Extension: ₱300 per hour (subject to approval if there is no booking after yours).
-Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM onwards – Please keep noise levels low to maintain a peaceful environment.
-Trash Disposal: Dispose of trash in the designated bin beside the elevator.
-Damages & Losses: Guests will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
-No Smoking: Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited.
